By registering and using Dumz Exchange, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

Services Provided

Dumz Exchange provides a peer-to-peer crypto exchange service. We facilitate buy and sell requests, manage user wallet balances on our platform, and process deposit and withdrawal requests manually.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses for withdrawals. Dumz Exchange is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by the user. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

Transaction Processing

All transactions are processed manually by our team. Processing times vary. Deposits are credited after on-chain confirmation and admin review. Withdrawals are sent after admin approval.

Rates and Fees

Exchange rates are set and updated by Dumz Exchange and are displayed in real-time on the platform. Rates at the time of request submission are the rates that apply to that transaction.

Account Suspension

Dumz Exchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, providing false information, or violating these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Dumz Exchange is not liable for losses arising from blockchain network delays, incorrect destination addresses provided by users, or events outside our control including market volatility.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
